I had the pleasure of photographing CEO Rachel Rodgers for the cover of her new book "We Should All Be Millionaires" as well as for her PR and website rebranding. Rachel is a mother of four, attorney, business owner and self-made millionaire. She wanted her cover “to send clear message to women, especially women of color - "if she can do this, then I can do this too!” Her book and business are all about helping women reach their goals as well as seven figures.

The original image had a different pair of earrings so I was asked to replace them with earrings from another shot. The original pair were even larger so I had to clone them out, recreating parts of her earlobe and neck and then manipulate the new earrings to lay properly on her jacket. You can see the original ones in the second to last image, above.

The image below (left) was an early book cover contender but was originally shot as a PR image. The background was a bit too busy for a cover so Rachel asked if I could simplify the background but keep the chair, ladder & shoes. I used fSpy to match the image perspective and then created a new room in Blender. I created a simple 3D ladder model to recreate the shadows only and then composited the original elements with the CGI background, in Photoshop.
