Il lago d'Idro o Eridio è un lago di origine glaciale sito nella provincia di Brescia ai confini con il Trentino. Il piccolo paese di Idro, situato sulla sponda est del lago, è composta da sei frazioni: Tre Capitelli, Pieve, Lemprato, Crone, Vantone e Vesta. Secondo la leggenda, il Lago prende il nome dall’Idra e le frazioni rappresentano le 6 teste del mostro, che ha vissuto molto tempo fa qui nel lago ed è sopravvissuto all’interno dello stemma comunale. Lontano dal caos cittadino, ma comunque non troppo distante dalle principali città culturali come Brescia, Trento e Verona, permette di potersi godere moltissimi sport all'aria aperta, come ad esempio il Trekking, il Kitesurf, la Mountain Bike ecc.
Il lago di Garda e il lago di Ledro si trovano a circa 30 minuti di auto e sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici.
