Gunta Stölzl
Together with eleven other super talented illustrators I have designed a beautiful calendar for 2021.
The portrait of Gunta Stölzl is my contribution. She was a textile artist from Germany. All started in 1920 when she joined the Bauhaus as a student. Like all women she was put in the textile department, there she helped a lot to develop the weaving workshop and became the only female master at Bauhaus.
