VIEW FROM MY WINDOW: PANORAMA EDITION
I was lucky enough to move to a new, bigger apartment last year just before the lockdown. The apartment is great but the views are incredible, especially at sunrise. For the first month I kept waking up at 6:30 am to watch the sunrise. Luckily, in winter a sunrise requires less of a morning person.
I took probably hundreds or thousands of pictures from my balcony, but they always seemed to not do the view justice. So, after i got a tripod, I started experimenting with panoramas. And I am in love 😍.

It was a struggle to keep the bird in the panorama. The stitching required some effort, but I think it turned out decent.
I've been playing a bit with colour grading in this one. I think it gives a bit of vintage-y feeling.
I was drawn to the subtle change in the colour of the sky.
Yes, that is a tiny rainbow on the left
Yes, the mist was purple
In summer the sunset is not visible from my balcony, as the sun goes behind a building close by... but in winter I also get the sunset bonus
