It means bless return of luck and everything will be great in Chinese zodiac Ox year. 

這次是關於新年的活動。2021是牛年，所以我畫了大耳妞人物穿傳統新年服裝和新的Ip人物牛牛。

The project is about Chinese Zodiac Years. 2021is the Chinese zodiac Ox year. Therefore, I designed cow IP character with Big Ear Girl in this project. Moreover, I choose yellow and red to be the main color palette because the Chinese culture believed gold and red is the Chinese lucky colors.
