Tasked with the aim of putting a fresh spin on the album's image to encourage a new generation of listeners, the packaging incorporated a pop art style influenced by comic book ads of the past. The design aims to spark curiosity and feelings of nostalgia.

Song lyrics have been refashioned into copy within each of the comic book advertisements'. The X-Ray Specs 'ad' uses lyrics from the Talking Heads song, This Must Be the Place.
Above is a breakdown of my workflow process. I first prepare a rough sketches by hand. the sketch is cleaned up and inked, before being scanned and adjusted in Photoshop.
