The works consist of kitchen and bath upgrading, an ensuite and walk in robe extension to the master bedroom along with the total restyling of the main street front façade. The simple yellow brick flat fa - cade was transformed following the clients brief of designing a triangular porch and to have French style door and windows. The projects highlights the porch as a feature and creates a new openings to add a large sliding French door that provides view form the new dining room inside. The existing 2-bed 1-bath house is transformed into a master bed with ensuite and includes an extra guest bedroom making the most of the floor area – without the need of any extension besides the front porch.
