To enter the highly-competed Nordic rental market, real estate investor and innovator NREP turned to its long-time partner Kallan & Co for concept design, naming, brand development and web design. As a starting point for the pan-Nordic project, NREP had their pipeline of high-quality apartments matched with high ambitions of shaking the industry by creating a truly customer-centered rental home provider that never compromises on sustainability.

Brand concept and identity co-created with conscious Nordic users

We helped NREP’s Nordic Living team to formulate the brand core and vision by conducting explorative end-user interviews, sourcing internal insights and facilitating a set of Nordic stakeholder workshops. As we moved on to brand design, Nordic end-users were again invited to co-create by evaluating alternative brand approaches. Along the project, strategy and design work feed themes for quantitive market research that was conducted in parallel to ensure right decisions were made.

The end result is a premium yet relaxed rental brand designed for urban Nordic millenials set for scale.
