Enhancement of an existing page which was confusing to customers. The goal of the project was to create a page for the event hostess to invite guests, build in RSVP capabilities to replace the use of outside vendors, and encourage online shopping from the page. The hostess holds one in-person event to sell products, and the online page is open for three weeks to allow for customers to continue to purchase, and share with their friends.

What was needed:

· hostess can customize the page to appeal more to her audience through editorialized product groupings, targeted marketing placements, and personalized messages

· better identify the roles of both hostess and stylist (company sales rep), to help customers feel a human connection through an understanding of the services these people will provide

· commentary to encourage customer interaction with the page

· highlight the online shopping promo to incentivize shopping

· clearly display the duration of the online event to help customers understand the difference between the “trunk show” date, and the close of the online event

· include an RSVP feature, so customers can be directed to one URL for all communications from stylists/hostesses

Customizing the page:
the hostess can personalize the content, with the changes displaying inline
RSVP flow:

Page design, Version 2:
