Entry for the "Qatari Product" Logo design contest, 2020.
On November 24, 2020 - The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) launched a competition for the best “Qatari Product” logo design. Outlining the competition’s terms, the ministry noted that the design should be modern and reflect an association with Qatar. The design should also be innovative, non-traditional and not adapted from other designs. The logo must be the original creation of the designer who shall be sharing it for the first time in the competition.
Technical requirement:
- The logo details must be clearly visible when reduced to a size of 2 X 2cm.
- Dark red color (Maroon) should be dominant.
- The expression ‘Qatari Product’ should be incorporated into the logo in both Arabic and English.
- The logo must be presented in full colors and shall include color codes in addition to a black & white version.
- The logo should also remain valid if presented in black, white and grey scale.
- Design samples must be submitted applying the logo on different products.
