Penguin Audiobooks: Anytime, Anywhere
Anytime, Anywhere is an advertisement campaign for Penguin Books publishing company, in promotion of their growing catalog of audiobooks. The overall concept is based on art history: classic paintings are paired with a book that were written in the same time period. For example, Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog by Caspar David Friedrich is paired with Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen, which were both created in 1817. While the text that is bottom left to each painting identifies the work, it also captures the perspective of a gallery or museum.

Headphones are placed onto the ears of each subject, and its wire is connected to an iPhone outside of the painting's frame. The tagline Anytime, Anywhere is meant to provoke the idea that audiobooks are accessible, no matter what the circumstances are. Whether you're a romantic adventurer above the sea fog, or a lonesome woman living in southern California, there is an audiobook from everyone.
