The Diocese of Richmond came to us with the task to branding their website and to be a central hub for all the directories of the Diocese. The website needed to have a central website which was used by the diocese itself, but it also needed Individual pages dedicated to the two of their many offices of the diocese. In the site they had before they came to us, the office pages had been added on as needed basis so the layout for each office was different. My task was to compile all of these into a singular layout for easy navigation while also making an easily updatable layout on WordPress to add new offices in the future.

The homepage focuses on Parishes, Offices, and Events. I also tried to reduce the navigation as much as possible, so the user can find what they are looking for. The look of the homepage was designed to be regal while also being structured and balanced. I didn’t want to go “out there” with the design since my initial goal was to bring order to a site that was “not organized”.
