Working with Nanlite, I did a shoot with Kirsty Hendey to test the theory that I could use my high speed Bowens flashes to create a lighting look for a stills shoot, then swap them for Nanlite Forza 300s and 500s to match the same look for moving images. The test worked really well and I created some great stills and this video.
