L'Ecrivain - Restaurant

 
Through the temporality concept, three times occur during the meal (first course, main course and dessert) and the three parts of writing and reading in litterature too. The space layout materializes the hammers of a writing-machine. The tool, essential for writing a book and making cook put the client in a rhythmic atmosphere by the hammers accelerations and slowing down.  
The design process in « L'Ecrivain » restaurant takes care of several handicap : physical (by the main entrance and the circulation inside the place), auditive (by the soundproofing material) and visual (by the menu which lets blind people too feel in another place : « preface, story and moral » replace the « first, main and dessert meal).
