This is the background story for an aspiring personal trainer.
Background
I conducted an interview where the subject provided context for his fitness journey. I also found footage from his vlogs on YouTube, which added some interesting detail and insight.
There was only one photo of the professor, which was really low quality. I managed to increase the quality of the photo to the degree where it could be included in the project. However, I still had to keep it small in order for it to look decent so I cropped the background and used larger text to fill up the rest of the screen.
I had shot footage of the subject in the park several years prior to the interview when I was practicing with my jib. I used that footage at the end of the video to add some visuals with camera movement and to show the subject in movement. The park and the subject jogging work well with the positive tone at the end of the video.
