    This work is at its origins is designed so that people with visual impairments and disabilities can take part in the experience of my art. The forms created are from personal reflections on my own creative taste. 10"x10" mixed media relief forms, all consisting of various degrees of pine wood, black artist acrylic, white house paint, leather materials, plexiglass, styrofoam. Each form is derived from my time free-handing/calligraphy/ figure/ground forms, then reflecting on the forms and graphically tracing them in graphite in a journal and free verse writing again back on those reprinted forms. My aim to try and develop a visual language of my own self. Read Less
