An innovative energy efficient shared living house

Welcome to 2050. There are around 1.5 billion more people on the planet. 70% of us are  
living in the cities now. In order to house 1.5 billion more people, We are sharing more  
household goods and services than ever before Staff like kitchens, workspaces and smart  
vehicles. 
This will be called co-living, And a third of us will live like this in 2050. Communal living has  
always been a solution to common problems, Like rapid urbanization, Loneliness, And high  
living costs. 
But, houses in 2050 are different, much more intelligent and efficient…  
 
The houses are getting smarter every day through machine learning and artificial  
intelligence. IoT devices will be a huge part of how we interact with basic everyday objects.  
They collect, annalized, and monetized data. Supercomputers meters and algorithms are  
controlling the resources and providing them according to needs and usage, in real-time.  
They will be able to understand their users and react accordingly. It will also create a very  
detailed profile for each one of us. It will bring transparency to the system. That how we’ll  
be able to use minimum energy with no waste according to our personal needs. 
 
Also, since we’ve eliminated all the energy resources we had, we depend on renewable  
energy now. The houses became energy efficient, Sustainable, And can manufacture  
everything we need.  Each living unit will become a “community” and every community will  
generate its own energy. the technologies are becoming increasingly cheaper and efficient  
allowing us the ability to collect, manufacture and restore the energy available.  
It will transform the way we live and getting around.  
 
 
But, How does co-living look like now?  
Who is it for? 
What are we sharing? 
And, how will our daily life be affected by it?

This is an energy-efficient and innovative shared living unit. 
It deals with mobility, food growing, electricity manufacturing and liveability. by combining  
these all abilities to a house that can manufacture everything needed for living. 
All of the services and processes will be fully automated controlled working in a smart grid.  
 
The building will be a self producing unit of different kinds of renewable energy sources,  
and reusing house resources in a few cycles.  
It will collect sun and wind, and also energy from everyday actions like walking, cycling, and  
playing. and convert it into usable energy. 
The energy collected is converted to e-coin (energy based ethereum coin). You will know  
how much coins you have at all times, and how much more needed for a certain need. 
The building will give us live suggestions on actions I can do in order to gain more coins. At  
your phone, or at your home smart detailed display at your private apartment. This is how  
the building could Educate for an aware lifestyle.

We will be able to pay with these coins for house services and make exchanges between us.  
The e-coin will get stronger as more houses will use it, and outside service providers will  
want to use it too. 
The building will also collect gray water and organic waste and will reuse it for the eatable  
garden and the cooking biogas stoves. 
All the apartments will be designed as small private units that built around a 
collects and provides the renewable energy to each apartment. 
The building will have a big common area of all the households and services we’re sharing.
