About
Havana is a newly opened nightclub in a small town in Southwestern part of North Macedonia. Havana nightclub is known for organizing music events and bringing famous local artists to seasonally perform and bring joy to energetic audiences that have nothing but love for these artists.
Challenge
The challenge was to create three promotional posters of the performing artists with all the essential information regarding the events. The posters should reflect the brand name of Havana nightclub and its motto "Dance from Dusk till Dawn", and also give a feeling to the audience of a futuristic disco night. These posters are intended for both digital and print and should be used or linked together as a promotional package.
Solution
The solution was to create three promotional posters by using the latest or most viral images of the performing artists in order to stand out in the public and gain attention. Another way was to keep the posters consistent in terms of hierarchy for resemblance to other two posters and vice versa, abstract shapes for depicting a performing scenery, dark and light gradients fitting the nightclub motto "Dance from Dusk till Dawn", and font choice to imply a futuristic and disco feeling.
