This is an intervention I used for Splendida Ardente's catalog cover. Yara & Noor are artists that come from areas of conflict and yet, they turn their experiences into art. They find inspiration to draw their world through the canvas they get a hold of. I represented them emerging from their conflicted areas into all those textures and colors of their own art.

These are my favorite pages of the whole catalog. Lately I have something for the yellow and Yara's art is very much emotional. I had to give her a great space with textures plus let the yellow "visual road" take you to her art.

Out of the blue comes Yara. She does a lot of collages I couldn't help myself doing one of her with her own imaginerium.
