Meeting pre-leasing goals when a senior housing community is still under construction can appear to be troublesome enough. Traditional marketing content like photos won't work in this case. But we've got a solution.

3D rendering services can perfectly cover these goals. Recently, we worked with one of our customers to create 3D virtual tour walks-throughs of a premier Senior Living community in Florida. These tours help people get a feel of the environment and see into the future.
