UX Project of Bank X's services
Bank X user experience evaluation is a 4 weeks project that requires user experience designer, user interface designer, researcher as well as an evaluator to participate as a team. By conducting an in-depth study of Bank X regarding to their online and offline service, the team is able to come out with relevant user journey map, empathy map as well as the video illustration of the problems found. 
Project status report is constructed to record the progress per milestone and indicate the purpose, summary, together with the whole project duration. 
Journey maps are made based on the interviewed participant's expreience when they were trying either online or offline service at a bank. The maps are made in Adobe Illustrator with interesting emotion graphs to represent user's feeling when undergoing the services.

The empathy map is developed from the previous user journey map at the initial research stage before interviewing. The empathy map shows what the user thinks, does, feels and says. By doing this map in Miro, me as a UX designer and project manager can clearly visualise the user's need at the research stage.
