We have supported this customer for many years now and just re-vamped their website recently. Previous design was on a Thomasnet platform which cost around $20k per year to participate. End result was a web design that was hard to maintain and did not get much attention from Thomasnet's global website presence and poor search engine rankings.
The site is now about 45 days old. It has been search engine optimized for product and is and gaining ground pretty quickly on the search engines for most of its terms. Other than that, it is a simple product selection tables directly to pdf datasheets which is ideal usability for their market.
