Wisconsin Outline Project

This project explores defining traits of my home state, Wisconsin. I wanted to showcase what makes Wisconsin so unique and beloved by those who live here and visit. In my eyes, Wisconsin is one of the best kept secrets. I encourage everyone to consider a trip to Wisconsin in the Spring, Summer and Autumn months. You just may fall in love with it too.

Below you'll find a series of designs, each with its own distinctive theme. These themes represent key characteristics or defining traits of the state. You'll notice each design is centered around and (somewhat) confined within the state outline/silhouette.

Enjoy!
Beer Culture
Milwaukee, Wisconsin's largest city, is often referred to as "Brew City". It's home to endless breweries, including the world famous Miller Brewing Company. Wisconsin's beer culture is consistent throughout the entire state. Beer is a staple to just about every gathering you could imagine.
Dairy & Agriculture
Wisconsin is widely known as "America's Dairyland". It is the dairy capital of the country, and as many speculate, the entire world. Some of the most sought after cheeses on the planet come right out of small farm towns in central Wisconsin.
Wildlife & Nature
Wildlife, especially in the "Northwoods", is prominent. In this design you'll find Wisconsin's state animal (Badger), state fish (Muskellunge) state bird (American Robin) and several other animals that can be found within the state.
Recreation & Outdoor Lifestyle
Fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing/snowboarding and bird watching are major recreational activities throughout the year - just to name a few! If you have a passion for the great outdoors, Wisconsin is the place for you.
Passionate Sports Fans
Wisconsin is home to some of the most passionate fans in all of the US. We love our Packers, Brewers, Badgers, Bucks and Golden Eagles. Lambeau field, where the Green Bay Packers play, is often hailed the most iconic football stadium in the country.
