Suncadia is a destination resort and residential community built in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State. Our assignment: elevate the guest experience; extend the Suncadia brand story; connect with the target audiences of visitors and residents in a meaningful, authentic way.

A centerpiece of this mountain resort is the Swim & Fitness Center. We designed upscale interior and exterior communications for the members and guests only facility.

The design and materials of the graphic elements reflect the theme: “Sophisticated Rustic”. The sign faces match the custom blacksmithing used throughout the center.

The Interior signs have a distinctive custom glass element suggesting the look and feel of water.

Additionally, MCD designed specialty items like the ‘fish’ at the water slides to create a level of playfulness in a regulatory sign.
