Tasty Pausa Cafe Concept (2012)
Tasty Pausa Cafe Concept
created in 2012
rendered in 2018
The first architectural project made in 3ds max (second architectural overall) made on fall 2012 and was rendered once more in 2018 without any change of the shapes (except big hall interior which wasn't prepared by that time). Almost every furniture is modeled on my own and few elements downloaded from 3d model sites. The main idea was to create nature shape similar to the cliffs depending on their own forms, as there are some cliff roads with the tunnels still existing and one of them I saw was Amalfi Cliff Road in Italy. Before I couldn't Google much about these kind of places, but knew that those roads should exist somewhere, somehow and in 2015 I found Amalfi by accident.

I read that that cliff road was closed since a newer direction there was founded, but it would be nice to revive that road by building a place to take a break and enjoy the panorama around while eating and/or drinking.

The construction has a shape of part of a cliff as mentioned above and has two main floors. In the -1 floor there's kitchen, dressing room, shower, w/c for employees and separately the owner's cabinet with own shower and w/c in case if he stays there. Both kitchen and owner's room and have a direct panoramic view, as well as balconies for smoking or other activities. In the kitchen there's an elevator to send an ordered menu to the ground floor where there's cafe, bar and lounge zone combined. The main entrance is on the ground floor for both employees and customers.

Unfortunately the parking zone wasn't modeled back in 2012, but there are still plenty of options for it I know. Also have to admit that there wasn't considered some more factors, which actually could be shown.

There are only 4 types of materials for the exterior being used, 2 of them which look similar, but if one has a texture of concrete (cement cladding), the second one is real concrete. The whole facade is covered by the claddings with the metal construction inside, thus making the object lighter, even if it looks massive and heavy to be attached to the cliff.
