Here I have decided to model a set of tyres from Pirelli, specifically the Diablo Supercorsa V3 SC for the Triumph motorbike, Street Triple.
Modelled front & rear in Maya and rendered in 3DS Max, these tyres have displacement maps for the sidewalls to give that embossed effect. In addition, all of the details large and small from the treads have been modelled in.
Front
Below you will find a Sketchfab Model that you're able to pan around and zoom into. I had to remake the materials specifically for Sketchfab, due to issues I was running into with displacement maps. So please remember that the below is just a representation of some of what was used in order to create my renders.
