The main goal of this project was a redesign of the Tazo Tea boxes, recreating a packaging series that unites the design of each flavor together. The first part of the process was researching different companies and creating mood boards.
Each of these flavors features a circular shape and similar layout using Proxima Nova. At the same time, the packages are unique on their own with different colors and different circular textures to add a unique trait. The lighter colors help the text pop out more and aim to give a softer feeling. ​​​​​​​
The boxes show type hierarchy with the brand name being the largest in the front, with the flavor colors following up to ensure it is clear what flavor the Tea Box is presenting. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
