Aero Snowman

As a child, when the snow fell steadily all night we knew a dreamy winter wonderland would be waiting for us in the morning. It was hard to go to sleep on those nights. We would all dream that our mom would wake us up to say, “No school kids, bundle up, let’s go play in the snow!”

I’ve always been enamoured with snow and snow globes, and this is why I decided to experiment with Adobe Aero to replicate that feeling of wonderment in augmented reality.

Creating in augmented reality is a lot like building a snowman for the first time. There is a certain element of adventure and playfulness in it, and the process can be as rewarding as the result.

We don’t get as much snow where we live in California, but augmented reality makes it possible to place snowmen around town even on a warm and sunny Californian day.

I’ve enjoyed partnering with Adobe Aero to relive my childhood memories by building snowmen that you can now place in your own town or home.
