The intersection of Carlton Street and Reservoir Street in Harrisonburg, Virginia will be upgraded to address traffic capacity concerns. The current intersection is stop controlled, which results in lenghty backups during peak hour. A roundabout is proposed to alleviate these problems. Below are several images to help explain the existing conditions and extent of the improvements.
