Finishing Up…

These men were finishing a project I covered at its inception in Work II. I’ve since learned that they were running a branch pipe from the main water line on the north side of the street—the city’s busiest—to a building on the south side. The men in the trench were connecting the branch pipe to the building, the last step in what appears to have been a very big project.
