This was a fun job! A splashy cover for the opinion page of a newspaper in Amsterdam, about how President Trump's efforts to overturn the election of 2020 undermine democracy. More specifically, the fact that members of the GOP were willing to go along with it, instead of providing a bulwark against such a push against the electorate. I love working for clients overseas!
Here were the ideas I proposed for the cover and interior illustrations (any could be modified for either position):

They also wanted an interior illustration; we went with the 'going down with the ship' metaphor.
