The Shops at Fisher Plaza

Located in the shadow of the Space Needle, Fisher Plaza anchors one of the highest volume intersections in Seattle. While home to high profile tenants KOMO TV 4, Star 101.5, and Northwest Afternoon, the owner saw an opportunity to increase traffic flow for retail tenants, drawing shoppers from daily entertainment show guests and the ten million annual visitors of its neighbor, The Seattle Center.
Michael Courtney Design created a branding and environmental graphics program that promotes an exciting and sophisticated atmosphere. The new program strategy includes a distinctive brand identity, new lighting strategies, retail lobby signage and merchandising elements that work to draw attention to the plaza.
