The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” Themed Toy Gives a Sneak Peek of its Villain
The release of the toy has offered a sneak peek into the appearance of the villain that the upcoming Disney+ series will feature. And the toy suggests to us that the villain will have the traditional comic book look.

The series will explore the fundamentals of Baron Zemo.
Courtesy of “Funko POP! Range,” we now have a pretty good idea of how the founder of HYDRA and nemesis of Captain America will appear in the upcoming Disney+ MCU series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

While the statistics have not yet been revealed in the United Kingdom, Marvel fans can now purchase the Funko toys of Falcon (played by Anthony Mackie), Bucky Barnes (played by Sebastian Stan, and Baron Zemo (played by Daniel Bruhl). Fans present in the United States can now buy the toys right now at the Entertainment Earth website.

The release of the toys has painted a clear cut picture in our imagination of how the villain of the upcoming Disney+ series will look like.

Daniel Bruhl, who has ably portrayed the character in the mega-hit MCU film Captain America: Civil War, had already revealed his new look via a picture that he had shared last year. Though the picture was blurry, it did show Baron Zemo wearing his legendary purple mask.

Now, in the newly released toy, we can get the full picture of the antagonist character. The toy gives a toned-down version of the character and portrays him in his legendary costume that we have already seen him wear in the comics. The toy can be seen wearing the purple mask while being in a pitch-black leather attire.

It looks like the upcoming series will explore the fundamentals of the characters, and it is not good news for the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

You can purchase the toys via Entertainment Earth, and they should get delivered to you in January of next year.

Meanwhile, the writer of the upcoming series Derek Kolstad has revealed that the Disney+ show might feature some familiar faces in addition to the power packed action which will be the central theme of the story.

He explained that in order to alter the storytelling structure, they are bringing back a character from the old MCU movies. He said that Marvel is redesigning those characters and finding a way of including them in the Phase 4 storyline. So, it means we can expect old characters not just in “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” but also in other projects as well.

Kolstad added that he is quite excited about the upcoming series.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will arrive on Disney+ sometime in 2021.
