Fall/Winter Lay-Flat Pictures
In my position as social media coordinator at a beach boutique, I was given the challenge of taking lay-flat pictures of fall new arrivals. I was given freedom to be as creative as I wanted to. I incorporated props such as pumpkins, ornaments, and leaves in order to really bring in the seasons to the pictures.
The goal: The goal of taking these lay-flat pictures was to promote the items for sale in store. I wanted to draw the attention of the customer, and make the items seem appealing.
The process:
Find product - find appropriate props - take photos - pick best photos - edit coloring of photos - organize and post onto Instagram/Facebook
