BKIS – visual identity proposal


BKIS

BKIS (or Bratislava Culture and Information Center), creates space for events, services 
and products from culture, tourism, sport and social life.

Our approach was to emphasize the space both in physical and abstract way. Space for events, but also space for new experiences. Result is simple typographic logo with its letters deployed in space, creating strong and versatile platform for the whole identity.

Logo itself is more of a dynamic element, that seamlessly moves from logo in traditional way to a graphic element that appears in brand communication.​​​​​​​

Visual identity works with core combination of black and red, that is based on Bratislava colors and creates strong and vibrant contrast. Red is diversified to three accents for flexible tone of voice – from serious through subtle to lively. Other colors used in branding are inspired by BKIS locations in city.
