New Logo for Alex Morgan
Alex Morgan is considered one of the best female footballers (soccer players) in the world. With an incredible career the USWMNT striker has taken on a role model for many girls and women around the world. Inspired by the positive influence she leaves on everyone, for this project, we wanted to create a logotype that will symbolize the beliefs, influence, and values she embodies in and outside the pitch. Such values stand at the core of this branding project.
Fun fact: Alex has worn a pink headband during matches since her college days as a way to honor her mother-in-law, a breast cancer survivor. Such acts worked as inspiration to develop a visual identity. Sober, professional, energetic, and positive.
In conclusion, the symbol intends to work even after Alex's professional football career is over. In this digital era, no professional can take the risk not to invest in the image and brand they represent. The logo is specially designed to work in merchandise, partnerships, charity work, and other products, of course, validated by Alex's Brand.
