traveling through the vast variety of bizarre and irrational. architectural mysteries only known to the local folklore which aren't so old as we may think. a lot of commotion happened in these parts in the past. whole villages were moved to another place. just for this huge creation of water to be materialized. the Soviets were crafty people. i heard they moved huge buildings in the past too. one of the most interesting places visited in a while. even this concrete monstrosity in the end has a unique feel and story to it. some locals say that there is a place not so far away from this concrete giant where balls, bottles and other round objects always roll up the hill...
