Sultan Kahvesi | Coffee Branding

Sultan Kahvesi | 2020
Straight from Turkey, this project is my approach to create a coffee brand, package and visual identity. The main target for this project would be an elegant, strong and memorable creation. For its symbol, a Sultan head with a cup of coffee steaming in the shape of Sultan's beard was drawn to complete the overall image. As a noun, Sultan was commonly used in Turkey's Ottoman Empire which represents strength, power and rulership. All of that was represented in a way the brand behaves with harmony and clarity in its application.
The colors were based upon four types of Turkish coffee; Menengiç, Dibek, Mırra and Damla Sakızlı, the colors were adapted to stand for coffee related tones.
The symbol as well as the font were made up by the same grid, coming as proportional and harmonic elements, adding two types of patterns to enhance the concept of creating coffee logo, all working together in harmony.
The golden textures harmonize with the brand's main colors, assisting the visual identity and enhancing the color scheme.
THANK YOU FOR APPRECIATION
