This project is about the renovation and extension of an existing building, Vesterbro 57. The building was built in 1934 and is located on the busiest street of Aalborg. It consists of a basement, a commercial ground floor, and 5 residential floors with 2 apartments on each floor. The building was partly demolished and extended with lightweight steel modular units and insulated on the external walls, as well as renovated with a new roof structure and new windows and doors throughout the project.
