Minimalistic, high end, strong accent on luxury among the best in it's class. This villa is designed to stand out with a superb view over the lake. It's a statement of elegance through simplicity 

This design features smoked glass, brass details, exquisite marble porcelain tiles, mostly selected from the Marazzi collection. The staircase has a light module that turns on while you step on each floor based on movement sensors. 

Plants are present in order to add a tropical atmosphere to the open space area.  Everyone will enjoy total relaxation provided by the very generous sofa lounge created by Minotti - model Freeman.
