During winters, the markets are flushed with a variety of root vegetables as well as many other colours you would cease to see during the hot summer months. The root vegetables are high a source of energy and hence consumed across India in many recipes. My photographer friend Mihir & I decided to just explore some shots celebrating these beauties.
