James Milligan is a successful Gungahlin-based, small business manager who is fighting for small business and improved services across Gungahlin, Belconnen and the Inner North in Canberra, Australia.
Working closely with James’ campaigning team I volunteered my time to be part of this democratic process.
I had a unique chance to be part of a team of very organised people and with them I helped by getting involved in the community.

Using Liberal Party style guide and information provided, my involvement included web site development. James required a concise piece of communication and a place where community can get in touch. A one page website.
This project was approached using a template on a 960 pixel grid that was licensed to be freely modified
and used commercially. My modifications were made using ‘child-theme’ method of developing a website
in content management system Wordpress. This meant that I could do a very quick turn around.
The whole website was technically a one-page site that loaded DIV without the need for page skips.
