ARAKNIGHTS GOTHIKA

A series of fantasy illustrations showing a world dominated by giant araknights.

This series of drawings I began in October this year as my #Inktober challenge has grown into a fantasy/SF setting for a story. 

The unique araknight concept is exploring the theme of giant cyborgs in an early modern world setting, through sharp, dramatic, noir visuals. The araknights are a mix of robots and arachnid monsters, clad in knight armor. This is the first exhibit presenting the concept as the story behind the vision is in early development.
