This brochure is a mock-up inspired by one I designed professionally while working on the design team for a major financial services firm.

It was an Information Memorandum for an innovative technology firm. The actual document had around 100 pages so I just picked out some of the best spreads to recreate. 

Challenges with this job were that there were many amendments to the content, multiple stakeholders wanting their own input into the work and generally a larger than optimal amount of content to be included on some pages. Fitting it all on the page while keeping it looking aesthetically pleasing was difficult. 

Most of the photographic imagery was supplied by the tech firm, including photographs of their own staff, events and products. Here, I've used stock photography matching it closely to the style of the original document.
