Reactful created a powerful marketing tool. It created a layer on top of an existing website and using data collected in real time can trigger predefined “reactions” set by marketing teams.
This project had many layers of complexity for us to tackle with. The creation studio in which a non designer can create different designs that must perfectly co-exist with any website and look professional, sure was a lot of work. There were also the project and campaign management, User permissions, analytics and data visualization..
