BLINTRAY 2020
Blintray is designed to increase the efficiency of space by redesigning the tray, and to make it easier to adapt to changing trends in the post-pandemic space.
The tray is a tool for moving food and is used in many commercial spaces, including cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. However, when a drink cup is put down, the tray's task is over, and it becomes an inconvenience which takes up a lot of space on the table. Therefore, I thought of a way to use an existing tray as a partition: It is a structure that expands the surface through a hinge structure, and it is highly useful as a partition. The handle of the metal frame can be used as a handle for the tray and as a support for the partition.
Blintray is a combination of metal frame and opaque plate, and it can create a modern and industrial atmosphere away from the existing tray.
