In a governor's house from 1941, we find this cozy studio with developed wooden floors and fine original details. The condition is good, and the floors were sanded and white pigmented this spring. The ceiling height is airy and the continuous floor plan, with windows in opposite directions, means that the light flows all day. The kitchen faces a quiet street, and from the living room and balcony you have a view of the courtyard of the neighborhood. During the summer, the balcony is a wonderful extension of the apartment, and here you enjoy wonderful afternoon and evening sun. The apartment has a very nice location in the heart of Lunden, and around the corner, Danska Vägen pulls forward with cafes and restaurants. In addition, there is both the inner city's pulse as well as Skatås exercise opportunities and the Delsjö area's nature reserve within cycling and walking distance.
