The University of Birmingham and Birmingham Law School required a design refresh for a leaflet focused on opportunities for potential Canadian students. The aim was to give potential applicants a brief, but robust guide to studying Law in Birmingham. The leaflet also needed to compliment the full LLB brochure.
I attempted to create a more personalised feel by highlighting alumni and student profiles and creating a dedicated page for the Canadian society to show a sense of community on campus. These full page profiles were complimented by stats with simple icons and a focus on friendly and inviting imagery of historic campus buildings and world-class facilities.
I took inspiration from the Canadian flag to use red and white as well as a maple leaf symbol to highlight important information and call-to actions.
