First Midwest Bank Quarterly Campaign

At First Midwest Bank I led the development of all quarterly product campaigns which included in-branch signage, digital advertisements, and email campaigns. Each quarter was focused on a different sales goal with this one focused on mobile banking and increasing Zelle usage. We saw a 15% lift in Zelle® applications and a 20% lift in online banking usage during the campaign.
