The leaders at Uthgroup get together and discuss the evening plans before we begin.  I enjoy this picture because it captures how goofy we can be sometimes.
I edited the brightness and the contrast of the photo to -30 for each.  I did this because I wanted to try and dim the lighting from the kitchen.
This is my friend Aaron Niebuhr, one of the leaders at Uthgroup.  I've gotten to know him really well over the past 4 months and love hanging out with him.
I turned Aaron's portrait into black and white because of the fact that he's a couple years older than me.
Ethan is playing four square in the air with some leaders and the kids who show up early.  This is one of the many games that goes on before Uthgroup starts, but it's my favorite.
David Bell is the youth pastor at Richwoods Christian Church.  He guides the rest of the leaders on the discussions we have with the students that we all teach together as a group.
I changed the lightness in this picture because David continually teaches the students that as Christians, we are light in the world.
This couch is significant because my group usually meets here when we break into small groups.  It's extra comfy and I have to be careful not to fall asleep on it.
I brought out the green in this photo by editing the color balance and changing it to +50 for green.  I brought the green out because there is a lot of green in the couch and it shows how many different types of green there are in it.
Megan and Matt are talking and cleaning up our dinner from before we start Uthgroup.  In the background, there are other college and adult leaders discussing plans for their groups that they are leading too.
I edited the saturation of this picture to -20 because there were several different shades of red.  I wanted to bring them all out to see the pink, dark red, light red, red on faces and even a normal red shirt.
